Only bids submitted through the post or from this website using the bid form, will be accepted.

Bids submitted by telephone call or in person, will NOT be accepted.

The submission of a bid will be deemed as acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

The auction will close at 4:00 PM on Tuesday 20 April 2004.

No more bids will be accepted after the auction has been closed.

After the auction has been closed, the person who has submitted the highest bid will be contacted to arrange payment and hand-over.

If the person who has submitted the highest bid cannot be contacted within seven days then the person who submitted the next highest bid will be contacted and so on.

There will be a reserve price, which if not met, will result in the auction being cancelled and another method used to obtain the best price for the charity.

The payment and hand-over will be arranged directly with the winner.

Only cash and cheques will be accepted. If payment is by cheque then this will be cleared before hand-over.

The result will be published on this website as soon as possible after hand-over.
