From time to time we recruit systems developer/analysts with experience and skills in VB .Net, ASP.Net, and SQL Server.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Development and design of systems in VB .Net, SQL Server, MS Access;
• Report writing in Crystal Reports/MS Access;
• Development and design of websites using ASP.Net, Active Server Pages (ASP), Javascript, HTML, VB .Net, Visual Basic (and VBA);
• Analysis and design involving client contact, writing requirements specifications, documentation, data modelling etc;
• System testing and documentation;
• Technical support and maintenance.

SKILLS/EXPERIENCE - We would look for someone with as many of the following skills and experience as possible:

• Experience of developing VB .Net systems and/or MS Access;
• Experience of Web page design and development with ASP .Net, ASP and JavaScript (any examples of websites developed would be useful);
• Experience of database design and development using SQL Server, MS Access and / or Oracle;
• Broad knowledge of Information Technology - PC hardware and software (word-processing, spreadsheets etc), networking and internet technologies;
• Good level of interpersonal and communication skills for dealing with clients;
• Must be able to work as part of a team;
• Methodical worker with good analytical and problem solving skills.
