Programme Management for the management of your programmes, tests, samples, techniques and rounds. The system will allow methods, units, techniques etc to be added and edited, and the number of samples specified for each programme. Changes are synchronised with the website. It includes the functionality for the issue of rounds, automatically emailing participants, the production of labels, cover sheets etc, and the office data entry of participants' results. This module will also automatically generate your round reports, with data and graphs, usually personalised for each participant. We have a great deal of experience of a variety of reports using many statistical methods (using z-scores or similar), running scores, using consensus values from expert laboratories. We have also created a wide variety of graphs including bar-charts, scatter diagrams, hi-lo (candlestick) charts etc. |

EQAlite
If you need a system to manage your proficiency testing (PT) schemes but you do not need all of the functions in our main EQA Programme Manager system, or perhaps you want to pilot a PT scheme for a period, quickly and cheaply to assess its potential, then EQAlite is for you. At its simplest, EQAlite offers you a web-based system that allows you maintain the details of your participating laboratories, the schemes you run and the individual distributions or rounds that you issue. It also provides your participating laboratories with a website where they can enter their results and view the final round report. |
